I did a headstand in yoga the other day and I don’t know where my boobs went, but my stomach landed in my face. Talk about a reality check. I have been watching the scale inch up bit by bit over the years, squinting down at the first-thing-in-the-morning-but-definitely-after-I-peed, weigh-in as five pounds turned to ten, then twenty, but I always had some good excuse ready to go.
