What a busy week for President Barack Obama!! He was fired up and ready to go after his vacation to advocate for Health Care Reform. He did so in many ways, from taking his case from the heart of Washington out on the road to Minneapolis, Minnesota where a fired up crowd showed their hunger for the reform. This week the President was focused on passing the Health Care Reform Act. He appeared on all the important news programs, such as Good Morning America, and world news tonight.
I find it a little confusing so I searched for something to simplify it for us. What I do know as of now the main point of contention is the price. When I came across this loving kindness meditation I was so filled with peace right away. These past couple of years I was consumed with loss. Family members died, a lot of relationships changed. This put it into perspective for me.

This week the President Barack Obama set out to visit Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He then traveled to Cairo, Egypt and Paris and Germany. While he was in Germany he placed a flower at a memorial at Buchenwald Nazi concentration camp, a camp where his great uncle helped to free the Jews.
