Can You Lose Weight for Under a Dollar? Sure!

marina big push upI know it sounds impossible, but trust me, it isn’t! I have started to do the 99 cent Walking Workouts with Marina online and have been happy with the results so far.

I don’t have a treadmill, but if I did I would want to try the Treadmill Workouts, because I have listened to the demos and they sound like so much fun!! Oh, I should mention that you can listen to a quick excerpt from each of the workouts prior to paying your $0.99 for them! There are so many to choose from, including walking/cardio (my favorite) that has 2  different levels, and also a high impact cardio workout, and she has the most amazing chair workouts, that you can do while sitting at your desk at work, or even at home as you work on your computer. Again, these workouts are under a dollar and you can listen to a quick preview prior to downloading. Plus there are other workouts that you can check out while you are there!

I used to belong to a gym, and with the economy the way it is, I found that the gym was one of the first things I had to cut from my budget!  So I said to myself that I would continue to work out at home, only as usual, it never happened.

So imagine my surprise when I found that I could work out for under a dollar? Yes, you heard me right, under $1.00! And it is so very easy! You just download the workouts either to your computer or your IPod or MP3 player, and you can listen to the motivational encouragement that you get with each download, that is set to many different songs and beats. It definitely gets your heart pumping and your legs moving, you can’t help but to move to the music that is chosen for each workout. I use mine with a small step, right here in my house, and it makes it easy to exercise.

And if you are looking for additional songs for your workout after you have mastered them, and want to hear something different to do your workouts to, you can always download Marina’s 50 cent Workout Songs so that you can keep exercising! All the songs are recorded by Marina and I happen to think that not only does she give me that inspiration I need to be motivated to exercise, but she has a lovely voice too! It is nice to hear the same voice instead of some over the top disco song playing while the instructor is trying to give you directions. This is much nicer and easier to listen to. She also lets you know how many heart beats per minute you will be working at, and it is listed on the downloads when you view them too.

This is such an easy way to lose weight and get in shape, I only wish I would have found this prior to spending a fortune on gym fees!!!
